In cases where a refund needs to be issued (as per our Return & Exchange Policy):
Once your refund request is approved, we will take 𝟯 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 to process it.
The refund amount will generally be credited to your account 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝟳–𝟭𝟬 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀. This timeline may vary depending on your bank's processing time.
If you paid via UPI, credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refund will be credited back to the same account/method used to place the original order.
𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
If a product is returned due to transit damage but is 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀/𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 (such as hose, nozzle, spray gun, manual, etc.), the return will not be accepted.
Please retain the original packaging for up to 𝟳 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆, in case a return or exchange is needed.
If any accessory or component of the product (such as nozzle, hose, spray gun, bottle, etc.) is found missing on delivery, we will investigate the matter with our logistics partner. Based on the outcome:
We will ship the missing part(s) to you, or
We will reimburse the cost of the missing part(s) as per the applicable market price.
