Shipping Policy

All in-stock products are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. We are unable to process orders on Sundays and public holidays these are processed on the next business day.
𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲
All orders placed on pilottools.in can be shipped across India. Delivery usually takes 3–8 working days, depending on your location and pincode.
𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 & 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀
For orders of ₹999 and above, you get free delivery.
For orders below ₹999, a fixed shipping charge will apply.
If a return/exchange is processed and the remaining order value falls below ₹999, the applicable shipping charge will be deducted from your refund amount.
𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to two times before the item is returned to our warehouse. Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number and complete shipping address while placing your order, to avoid delays.
Our delivery partners may require valid ID proof at the time of delivery for certain orders.
