  • Delivery Timeline: Delivery times vary depending on your location and pincode. Most orders are delivered within 3–8 business days.

  • Tracking Information: Once dispatched, you will receive a shipment tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

At PILOT TOOLS, customer satisfaction is important to us. We stand by the quality of our products and offer support in case of genuine issues.

  • No Return or Cancellation: We do not offer returns or order cancellations once the product is shipped. Please ensure you review your order carefully before placing it.
  • Exchange Policy: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, or the product is completely damaged during transit, you may be eligible for an exchange. Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Full Refund (In Special Cases): In case of complete damage, and if an exchange is not feasible, a full refund may be offered at the company’s discretion.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds (if approved) will be initiated after inspection of the returned item and may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment method and bank’s processing timelines.
